Thank you all for helping my daughter with this hard time in her life. Her fur baby, Russell, was her world. The staff was so kind and loving with them in the process of helping Rusty cross the rainbow bridge.

Very awful experience. I called because my two cats were showing signs of possibly kidney issues; not eating, drinking, lethargic, not using a litter box. When I called and explained all of this, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and told me that the soonest we could come in would be March. I thought that was concerning for an animal practice to say, given the symptoms that I explained. When I asked if this could be considered an emergency issue, they said there is nobody there to handle emergencies, however their website gives instructions to call for emergencies. Made no sense at all. Just cold, and not compassionate. My opinion would be to go to Glacial Lakes Vet. They saw me the next day, and could not have been more pleasant to deal with.
