They miss treat animals. They took a temperature on a pet and handed it to there child to put the thermometer back WITHOUT OUT BEING cleaned! They dragged an ill dog by the collar instead of having someone offer to carry the poor baby! They FAILED OUR BABY and he lost his life due to this vet clinic! He wasn’t even 2 years old yet he was still a baby and they failed him! They sent him home telling his family he ate, drank and pooped AND HE DID NONE OF SUCH! They lied to his family! The vet report stated! They sent him home TO SEE IF HE WOULD EAT!!! 🥺 when the whole time HE WAS MISERABLE AND THEY DIDNT care! They failed! He DESERVED BETTER! They could have done better! HE DESEVERED BETTER!
WILL NOT recommend anyone to bring there fur babies to this place! They only care for the money not the well being of our animals!
I wouldn’t bring my dead horse to this vet clinic!
1 Xray should have showed you there was something wrong and he had eaten something he shouldn’t have! All THE SIGNS were there in the first place, but you waited and he SUFFERED!
REST IN PARADISE SWEET BABY!
I decided to try this vet clinic for the first time, as 2 other vet clinics had let me down. Unfortunately, my experience was very stressful.
Coconut was spayed and only given the top layer of stitches, which were staples. It didnt seem like she was properly stitched up at all, and she was not given a cone either, which has both caused complications. They ended up falling off, leaving her with a gaping hole in her abdomen straight to her guts.
So now she already ripped her stitches out, thanks to not providing her with a cone, and with there only being staples holding it closed, I am also concerned if that was deliberate or pure negligence.
And lastly, at the end of the visit, the girls working didnt even know whether or not Coconut needed medication, they almost let us leave without it, and could barely understand the bill. The only good note i can leave is that one of the girls working was very informative and kind enough to provide me with pictures of Coconut when I requested some.
So now my cat has a gaping hole in her abdomen leading straight to her guts. We had to bandage her up, and now we have to pay for an emergency visit somewhere else (Westside Vet Clinic), who have been wonderful and got her stitched up for us correctly, with 2 layers of biodegradable stitches, no staples, and of course provided a cone!
I do have lots of respect for vets and their hard work and skills, and I understand mistakes or off days happen. So I dont mean to come off as rude, but this has caused us a major inconvenience as well as money for an emergency visit somewhere else, and especially tons of stress!
I went ahead and deleted my accounts here, as we will be taking our business to Westside instead.
Unfortunately, with this very negative first impression and with immediate assumptions, we will not be returning for business. I really appreciate the spay though😊
took my bunny telling them he wasn’t eating and his eyes were barely opening and had tons of boogers. they gave me medicine for his eyes but nothing for his eating issue. later that night i knew something was wrong, i called west side as they had an emergency number. took him in and the vet said he was in really bad shape. she gave him fluids and gave me a powder mix to syringe feed him. he’s doing better today but he almost died yesterday. wish glacial lakes would’ve done more for my fur baby.
